7Nutrition MICELLAR CASEIN high-protein supplement based on micellar casein with the addition of whey protein concentrate. Obtained by dehydrating milk and removing as much lactose and fat as possible. Thanks to the rich content of amino acids, the product has both anabolic and anti-catabolic effects. It is characterized by a very long absorption time of up to 12 hours. How to prepare: dissolve 1 portion (30 g – 3 brands of powder) in 200 ml of water or milk. Consume immediately after preparation.
