Ingredients: 97.5% whey protein concentrate (from milk), E414 stabilizer, acidity regulator: malic acid, fat-reduced cocoa (for chocolate flavors), aroma, sweetener: sucralose. The product may contain soy lecithin and traces of nuts.

How to prepare: Dissolve 1 portion (35 g – 3 brands of powder) in 100-200 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

Recommended use: Training days: 1-3 servings a day (in the morning after waking up, after training, and before bedtime). Non-training days: 1-3 servings. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
